That is where our FREE CMA (Market Analysis) comes in. We look at all of the past sales in your area/neighborhood, as well as present homes listed on the Seminole MLS system. Once we accumulate this information we prepare a document for you, which can be used to price your home.
We only charge a commission rate of 4.5% for full service sellers package. This includes MLS Listing, listing on Realtor.com, featured on our website, yard sign, print advertising (Magazines/Newspaper) and much more. Other brokers charge 6% - 7% for less service. We only take a small percentage because we want to sell your home for the best price. Passing the commission savings along to the sell allows the seller to price there home more competitevly by not paying an extra 2%-3% in commissions.
